1. Apply the legal framework surrounding misconduct and disciplinary actions.
2. Identify different types of misconduct (major and minor) and determine suitable action steps.
3. Discover proper fact-finding investigations prior to any disciplinary decision.
4. Prioritize well-organized documentation related to the Domestic Inquiry process in a compliant and structured manner.
5. Role-play such as Chairperson, Panel Member, or Witness with clarity and confidence during DI.
6. Apply professionalism and empathy while managing challenging employee relations situations.
